Paweł Jaśkiewicz is an advocate and a licensed restructuring advisor (doradca restrukturyzacyjny).

Paweł advises on various financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, acting both for lenders and borrowers. He also advises on restructuring and other insolvency-related transactional matters. His experience covers various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions.

Before joining CMS, he was a counsel in the law firm Greenberg Traurig and before that gained experience in Gide Loyrette Nouel.
