Paweł Śliwka is an advocate and a senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

Paweł specialises in real estate law and business advice. He advises on transaction projects on the real estate market, participating in all stages of the transaction process – from due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation, to advising in the post-transaction phase. His experience covers preparing and negotiating all types of lease agreements, including in the commercial, office and logistics real estate sector, both for lessees and lessors.

Paweł has extensive experience in providing legal services to local and international companies in the real estate sector.
Before joining CMS, he worked for leading Polish law firms for over 6 years.

SEGRO Poland on legal advice on lease agreements in a number of logistics centres.
REICO investiční společnost České spořitelny, a.s. on the acquisition of a build-to-suit warehouse facility with a total area of approx. 60,000 sq. m.
AFI Europe N.V. on the acquisition of a share in the Towarowa 22 project, intended for the construction of a multifunctional building complex with a planned total floor area of approx. 230,000 sq. m.
International investment fund on the purchase from Tesco of a portfolio of commercial facilities in which hypermarkets and smaller shops are located, in various cities in Poland.
International investment fund on the forward-purchase two PRS projects located in Poland.
A leading Polish warehouse developer in connection with the conclusion of a contract covering the realisation, together with an external investor, of a new warehouse investment in Lublin. The total planned lease space is approx. 110,000 sq. m.
Huntsman (chemical manufacturer and distributor) in relation to opening a global business services center (GSC) in Poland, which includes negotiation of the lease agreement regarding nearly 2.000 sq.m. of the office premises.
Aldesa Construcciones S.A. on the sale in the share deal formula and refinancing of the Cracow office building Diamante Plaza, having 11,000 sq. m. GLA of modern office space.
A leading Polish warehouse developer in the course of execution of a technology centre in Cracow covering support in the construction process (negotiating a joint venture agreement and development management agreement (DMA), agreement with the general contractor of the investment).
