Piotr Podsiadły is an attorney-at-law and an associate in the Employment Group of CMS. He specialises in individual and collective labour law and civil law. 

Piotr mainly deals with matters relating to the establishment and termination of employment relationships and ongoing advice on employment issues, including for new entrants to the Polish market. He also advises clients on introducing employment-related documentation and ensuring its compliance with the law. He is also experienced in representing clients in employment law litigation.

Piotr is the author of articles and commentaries on labour law. His master’s thesis was singled out in the 21st edition of the competition for the best master’s and doctoral theses in the field of labour and social policy organised by Institute of Labour and Social Affairs. He also received a distinction from the Dean of the Warsaw Bar Association for his performance in the 2019-2021 bar traineeship.
