Tomasz Piotrowski is an advocate and an associate in the Corporate / M&A Department at the Warsaw office of CMS.

Tomasz advises the clients on commercial and company law. He specializes in comprehensive legal services related to M&A transactions at every stage: conducting and coordination of due diligence processes, preparing and negotiating of transaction documentation, overseeing transaction closing, as well as providing post-closing support. Tomasz also advises on restructurings and offers ongoing legal advice on corporate issues to Polish and foreign companies.

  • 4Life International Group Limited on the sale of 4Life Direct sp. z o.o., a life insurance distribution company in Poland, to Generali CEE Holding, the parent company of Generali's subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Constantia Flexibles, an Austrian producer of flexible packaging, on the acquisition of a Polish flexible packaging firm Drukpol.flexo.
  • Synergie, an international group operating in the HR services market, on the acquisition of shares in InterKadra and Grupa IK, Polish companies in the employment agency and personnel consultancy sector, operating in Poland, France, Belgium and Germany.
  • Abris Capital Partners on the acquisition of the controlling stake of the shares in Orbitvu sp. z o.o., a Polish maker of automated product photography solutions for the e-commerce business, from its founders and a Polish VC fund Capital Partners.
  • A Hungarian company Rossi Biofuel Zrt. (a part of Envien Group) on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in LOTOS Biopaliwa Sp. z o.o., a Polish leading biofuels company.
  • Jack Wolfskin Ausrüstung für Draussen GmbH & Co. KGaA, a well-known manufacturer of outdoor clothing, equipment and footwear, on the acquisition of the Polish distributor of its brand.
  • Ignitis Group on the acquisition of companies that are developing an up to 80-MW portfolio of solar projects in Poland.
  • Medicover on the following transactions: acquisition of 100% of shares in CDT Medicus Group, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Premium Fitness & Gym sp. z o.o., owner of premium fitness studios in Poland under the brand “Premium Fitness & Gym”, acquisition of UP fitness studios and on the acquisition of Kiku Plus fitness studios.
  • Partner in Pet Food (PPF), a company controlled by Cinven, on the acquisition of G-Mart and Zakład Przetwórstwa Rolniczego, Grzegorz Werbliński’s pet food business in Poland.
  • Leading European pet food manufacturer Partner in Pet Food, a portfolio company of the major private equity house Cinven, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Mispol S.A., a Polish pet food producer, from NDX Group, a Lithuanian company investing in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Norwegian energy company Equinor on the approx. EUR 100m acquisition of 100% of shares in Polish onshore renewables developer Wento, and its 1.6-GW solar project pipeline from the private equity fund Enterprise Investors.
