Urszula Gondek is an Associate in CMS Warsaw’s Competition and Public Procurement Team and a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Team.
She specialises in pharmaceutical, food and feed law, and cosmetics law. A major part of her experience includes providing day-to-day legal advice to companies operating in regulated markets (e.g. medicinal products, foodstuffs, medical cannabis and medical devices) as regards the development and marketing of products, distribution, clinical trials, compliance, as well as advertising and public procurement.
She advises the pharmaceutical and FMCG industries on advertising, labelling, product classification and placement of the products on the market. She assists business entities in inspections and proceedings before authorities, participates in internal audits and advises on compliance matters. Before joining CMS, she gained experience at leading law firms in life sciences, assisting pharmaceutical and food businesses.
