Wladek is a partner in the Infrastructure and Projects Group at CMS. Wladek advises clients across Central and Eastern Europe.

Wladek has extensive experience advising defence, industrial, aerospace and infrastructure clients on large scale defence and infrastructure procurement projects, offset and industrialisation programs, regulatory, policy and export control matters, and strategic M&A and PPP projects. Throughout his career, he has worked in both Poland and the USA. 

He is experienced at leading large multi-jurisdictional legal teams, solving complex regulatory, policy and compliance challenges. His transactional and corporate practice is focused on guiding industrial, aerospace and defence clients, including offset, procurement, export control and policy advice, as well as on M&A, regulatory and compliance issues. Extensive experience in advising on M&A projects for aerospace, industrial, health care, real estate and infrastructure clients.

Wladek is rated as ‘highly regarded’ by ILFR1000 for M&A and Private Equity and has previously been ranked in The Legal 500 in two categories: Projects, Energy & Natural Resources and Corporate and M&A. He is also a frequent speaker at the Global Industrial Cooperation Association, a forum for the exchange of information regarding offset requirements and techniques used in various countries.
