Wojciech Konwisarz is an advocate and senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS.

Wojciech specialises in real estate law, with particular emphasis on establishing the legal status of real estate, real estate sale and purchase transactions, obtaining administrative permits and consents, as well as negotiating lease agreements (office, warehouse, retail space), as well as construction issues.

Wojciech has provided legal services to both Polish and international investors, developers, investment funds and banks on the legal aspects related to the sale of real estate, as well as M&A.

Before joining CMS, Wojciech worked for the Warsaw office of the German law firm, Noerr.
