Wojciech Szopiński, an attorney-at-law, is a counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland. He specialises in supporting companies in the energy and infrastructure sectors, advising on Polish and EU energy and environmental law, including regulatory and contractual issues, transactions, financing, project development, and litigation, with a focus on sustainability.
His experience in particular involves advising on permitting, environmental impact assessments, construction and spatial planning and project development with respect to renewables, conventional energy and infrastructure projects. He advises on energy and environmental matters, as well as civil and corporate law, particularly in the area of M&A and ongoing corporate advice.
