Zuzanna Sapocińska is an attorney-at-law and senior associate in the Corporate / M&A Department at CMS Poland.
She specialises in civil and commercial law, including in particular M&A transactions, including transactions involving private equity funds, restructurings and ongoing corporate advisory.
Zuzanna has also been involved in numerous due diligence investigations as well as participated in M&A transactions at all their stages.
Prior to joining CMS, Zuzanna worked at Deloitte Legal.
