CMS are pleased to announce the publication of the 2020 edition of our Annual Review of English Construction Law Developments: An International Perspective. Now in its tenth year, the Annual Review summarises key developments in English construction law over the previous calendar year. The publication has been prepared with our international clients in mind and aims to provide a greater degree of background and analysis than our regular Legal Updates alert service.
This year’s publication contains a feature on force majeure claims under the FIDIC form with particular reference to the coronavirus pandemic. Also covered are decisions from Australia and Hong Kong of relevance to the FIDIC form and English construction law, as well as the usual flow of English caselaw developments.
