He is a partner of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna and founder and head of the CMS offices in Zagreb (2003) and Ljubljana (2008); he also coordinates the firm’s activities in the area of Real Estate in CEE and has been active in CEE for 20 years. During this time, he has advised on numerous corporate and real estate transactions in the region.
