Gregor Famira is an attorney-at-law for the hotel and leisure industry and a leading expert in corporate law/M&A. He is a partner of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna and founder and head of the CMS offices in Zagreb (2003) and Ljubljana (2008); he also coordinates the firm’s activities in the area of Real Estate in CEE and has been active in CEE for 20 years. During this time, he has advised on numerous corporate and real estate transactions in the region.

Gregor Famira is a corporate and M&A attorney-at-law and a leading expert in the hotel and leisure industry. He is a partner of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in Vienna and founder of the CMS offices in Zagreb (2003) and Ljubljana (2008). Since 2005, Gregor Famira has been advising Austrian start-up companies in the IT sector in the areas of telephony, gaming, social networking and computer vision.
