Recruitment Process
Assessment: As you would expect, our recruitment process varies according to the role. There will usually be a first and second interview, and sometimes more. You may be asked to do a written exercise or personality assessment, or to give a presentation. We also think it is important to meet members of the team you will be joining. Whatever the case when you apply, we will keep you fully informed of the process and if you have any questions, we are happy to help.
