Pierre-Sébastien Thill is an international tax expert with over forty years of experience within CMS. He started his career at CMS France in 1984 and was made partner in 1993. 

Over the years, he has developed a highly reputable international tax practice, dealing more particularly with issues relating to M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and the structuring of investment funds. 

He regularly advises international groups on complex, high-value cross-border matters.
