What is artificial intelligence? AI can increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, increase job satisfaction and retention. It has the potential to make more objective decisions.  However, without proper AI governance, AI-based legal decision-making imposes risks. For example, if data bias and model bias are not mitigated, the AI model might perpetuate existing biases.
