CMS advised the shareholders of Belgium’s largest online pet pharmacy, PharmaPets, in the sale of the company to the country’s leading pet shop chain Tom&Co. The shareholders were the founders of PharmaPets (42,5%) and the investment vehicle, Mitiska (42,5%), as well as the management.
The CMS team advising the PharmaPets’ shareholders, alongside M&A advisor Lincoln International, was led by Arnaud Van Oekel and comprised Zoé Janssen and Gauthier Blommaert.
