CMS Belgium successfully advised Nanocyl SA, a worldwide leader in multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNT’s) based in Belgium, in the sale of its activities to Birla Carbon, one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of high-quality carbon solutions.
