Catherine, who has been part of CMS since 2013, has built a strong reputation as a trusted adviser in complex real estate transactions. She is recognised for her work across large-scale asset and share deals, sale and leaseback operations, and real estate financing, guiding Belgian and international clients from due diligence through negotiation and closing. Her practice also covers commercial and retail projects, including the negotiation of commercial lease agreements and involvement in disputes requiring judicial expertise.
