Vincent is a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A practice at CMS Belgium.

He advises clients on all aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, equity issues, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions in various sectors in both a Belgian and international context.

Vincent also advises on general corporate and commercial law matters.

He was admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2018 and started his traineeship in the corporate law department of a leading international law firm. He subsequently worked as a lawyer in a large independent Belgian law firm and as interim legal counsel in an international financial services company.

Vincent obtained a Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2017, an LL.M International Business law at Queen Mary University of London in 2018 and a master-after-master company law at KU Leuven in 2021.

He is also author of various legal publications.

Vincent is fluent in Dutch, French and English and understands Spanish.

He joined CMS in April 2025.
