CMS advise DSK bank on financing for 150 MW standalone battery storage project in Bulgaria

CMS has advised DSK bank on an approximately EUR 47m project financing for the development and construction of a standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Bulgaria.
The borrower, Helios Storage AD, is part of Colmobil Energy and Timnat Energy group, from Israel.
The financing will support the construction and operation of a BESS project in Silistra, with an installed capacity of 150 MW / 600 MWh.
The CMS team was led by Borislava Piperkova, and included Vaska Solakova, Diyan Georgiev, Antonia Spasova, Viktoriya Dimitrova, Niya Ivanova and Maria Stefanova (Energy, Projects and Infrastructure).
