CMS advises Eastern Energy Solution on Bulgarian natural gas trading licence

CMS has provided comprehensive regulatory and legal assistance to  Eastern Energy Solution d.o.o., a Slovenian energy company, in obtaining a ten-year license for trading in natural gas in Bulgaria issued by the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC).

CMS guided the client through every phase of the licensing procedure before EWRC, including the preparation and submission of the requisite documentation, representation at the public hearings, and the resolution of all supplementary queries and information requests put forward by the regulator.  

The CMS team was led by Kostadin Sirleshtov,  and included Denitsa Dudevska and Petar Petrov (Oil and Gas); and Alexander Rangelov (Tax).
