CMS Sofia successfully assists VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH in obtaining gas trading license in Bulgaria

CMS Sofia has successfully assisted VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of VNG AG, in obtaining a gas trading license in Bulgaria.

Headquartered in Leipzig, Germany, VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH is an importer and Europe-wide wholesaler of natural gas. The presence of one of the major German gas traders in Bulgaria is in line with the outlook for the development of the Bulgarian gas market and its expected further growth.

The CMS Sofia team was led by Kostadin Sirleshtov and included Denitsa Dudevska and Peter Petrov (Energy, Projects and Construction).
