CMS advises Enka on completion of award-winning Kameno Photovoltaic project in Bulgaria
CMS has assisted the leading Turkish construction company ENKA İNŞAAT VE SANAYİ A.Ş. (“Enka”) with the successful putting in operation of the Kameno Photovoltaic project on 21 December 2025.
The Kameno Photovoltaic project was developed by Enka’s subsidiary “Town Up 8” Ltd. with a capacity of 45 MWp and is located in the town of Kameno, Bulgaria. The plant was designed to have an annual electricity generation capacity of 63 GWh/year and was realised on a total area of 470,000 m2.
On 16 December 2025, the Bulgarian Minister of Energy presented the award for International Renewable Energy Investor of 2025 at the Bulgarian Energy and Mining Forum to Mr. Kemal Erce Eşer, Enka’s General Manager for Bulgaria and the CEE region.
