CMS advises DER Touristik Suisse AG on the acquisition of Golf and Travel AG

Golf and Travel AG is one of the leading golf tour operators in Switzerland. In addition to organizing golf tours in Switzerland and abroad, Golf and Travel AG also offers inbound tour operating under the Golf in Switzerland brand.

DER Touristik Suisse AG is part of the DER Touristik Group, the tourism division of the REWE Group, which, among other things, operates as a tour operator in Switzerland under the Kuoni and Kuoni Specialists brands. With Golf and Travel AG, DER Touristik Suisse AG is expanding its range of sports travel products and opening up a new business segment with considerable market potential: there are almost 100,000 licensed golfers in Switzerland.
