CMS advises on the sale of Solvians Group to Bowmark Capital

Stuttgart - An international team led by CMS partner Dr. Tobias Grau advised founder Thomas Schwanhäuser on the sale of all shares in Solvians Group to Bowmark Capital LLP, a London-based private equity investor. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction was closed under customary closing conditions and has now been completed.
