Berrit Roth-Mingram has been advising companies on national and cross-border M&A transactions for a number of years. She specialises in company acquisitions/sales, takeovers and joint ventures, but also supports her clients in complex restructuring processes and advises them on general corporate law issues.

Her clients are predominantly international companies. Berrit Roth-Mingram is a proven expert on China thanks to her sinology studies, related stays abroad and her ongoing involvement in associations.

Berrit Roth-Mingram joined CMS in 2018. She has been a partner since 2026.
