Tobias Polloczek advises German and international companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on reorganizations, transactions and compliance issues. He provides day-to-day advice on all of these matters, often in the context of restructurings and insolvencies. Besides, Tobias is particularly experienced advising his clients on the varied employment law consequences of cross-border projects as well as on EU-related employment aspects. He is Co-Head of the firm's cluster of excellence "Transformation / Restructuring" and member of the firm's cluster of "Financial institutions".

Tobias joined CMS in 2006 and has been a partner since 2014. In 2011, he was seconded to Marsh and McLennan Companies in New York.
