CMS in Germany has set up an ethics and integrity system in partnership with our service provider EQS Group AG to enable (anonymous) tip-offs relating to the following categories:
- Business irregularities (corruption and other economic crimes, breaches of competition regulations)
- Conflicts of interest when carrying out instructions
- Money laundering
- Harassment and discrimination
- Data protection violations
- Breaches of professional regulations and professional standards
- Human rights violations (e.g. inadequate occupational health and safety, restrictions on freedom of association, failure to pay appropriate wages, etc.)
- Breaches of environmental obligations
In our ethics and integrity system, you have the opportunity to report observed or suspected violations by CMS, our employees or within our supply chain. The confidentiality of your identity remains protected throughout the entire reporting process.
