Frankfurt/Main – For the second time in succession, CMS has been named “Mid-Market Legal Advisor of the Year” by Acquisitions Monthly, a Thomson Reuters publication. The specialist M&A journal awarded the title to the international CMS organisation for M&A transactions up to USD 500 million.
