CMS advises Audentra on acquisition of rw bauphysik Ingenieurgesellschaft

Munich – The Audentra Group has acquired rw bauphysik Ingenieurgesellschaft KG & Co. The team consists of specialists in noise and sound insulation, vibration and shock protection, building and room acoustics, thermal building physics and building certification.

Audentra is a group of specialist firms offering compliance services driven by regulatory and technical requirements. Its services range from approving major infrastructure and construction projects to providing ongoing support for production facilities, logistics and assets and meeting EHS requirements during ongoing operations. In addition, Audentra provides support with valuations and consultancy services in connection with claims for damages.

A CMS team led by Dr Oliver Thurn and Anna-Lena Lill provided comprehensive legal advice to Audentra on the acquisition of rw bauphysik Ingenieurgesellschaft as part of the group’s "buy and build" strategy.
