CMS advises EW Nutrition on investment in Green Innovation

Hamburg – EW Nutrition GmbH has acquired a 52% stake in Green Innovation GmbH, a start-up based in Austria that develops high-quality feed for livestock. The aim is to strategically expand Green Innovation's business together. EW Nutrition will contribute to this aim with its international experience and strong distribution network.

A CMS team led by Dr Henrik Drinkuth provided comprehensive legal advice to EW Nutrition.

EW Nutrition is part of EW Group, an international family of agribusiness companies providing sustainable solutions in the areas of genetics, nutrition, animal health and human health.
