CMS advises fashion and lifestyle company Breuninger on awarding centre management contracts

Stuttgart – E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. has awarded new management contracts for the BreuningerLand malls in Sindelfingen and Ludwigsburg. Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield will take over management of the properties from ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. & Co. KG with effect from 1 January 2020. The awarding of the new contracts is part of a remodelling and upgrading project. Breuninger plans to invest a triple-digit million amount in the future viability and service quality of the BreuningerLand malls held in its own portfolio.

A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Volker Zerr advised Breuninger on all legal aspects of concluding the centre management contracts and the project management agreement.
