CMS advises GENUI on investment in ROTOP Pharmaka
Düsseldorf – Together with SHS Gesellschaft für Beteiligungsmanagement mbH (Tübingen), the Hamburg-based investment firm GENUI has invested in Dresden-based ROTOP Pharmaka GmbH, a pharmaceutical company in the field of nuclear medicine.
A team led by lead partner Dr Martin Friedberg advised GENUI on all tax law aspects of the complex transaction. The advice included structuring the transaction and tax due diligence as well as tax advice in connection with the transaction documentation and the shareholders' agreement.
ROTOP Pharmaka was founded in 2000 and is a leading pharmaceutical company in the field of nuclear medicine.
GENUI is a private investment firm with its registered office in Hamburg. It was founded in 2014 by renowned entrepreneurs and experienced investment experts who have been investing in companies and helping them grow for over two decades.
