Dusseldorf – Vehicles managed by Lazard Asset Management invest in SkyCell AG. The Swiss company specialises in temperature-controlled door-to-door container solutions. The technology enables pharmaceutical companies to optimise their supply chain and reduce and even predict the transport risk for sensitive medicines by air.
A CMS team led by partner Dr Sebastian Becker and associate Ole Weyand provided comprehensive legal advice and support to a London/New York based team of Lazard Asset Management in the course of the investment. The advice was provided in close cooperation with CMS Switzerland.
