Munich – A group of investors advised by Rigeto Unternehmerkapital GmbH has established AndCompany GmbH as a holding company. The aim is to create a network of complementary firms under this umbrella that provide high-quality software development plus digital and IT services, focusing on Germany, Austria and Switzerland. As a first step, AndCompany has fully acquired Darmstadt-based ion2s GmbH, one of the 50 biggest digital manufacturers in Germany.
A CMS team headed by lead partner Dr Oliver Thurn advised Rigeto and newly formed holding company AndCompany on all legal aspects of acquiring ion2s. Rigeto frequently relies on the expertise of CMS for transactions.
