CMS advises shareholders of dotzilla Group on sale to EAG Group

Frankfurt/Main - The shareholders of dotzilla group have sold all shares to EAG group, a leading international investment group focused on the digital transformation of the automotive market. dotzilla group consist of the companies group6, carzilla, dotzilla Service, Carmagotchi Software and dotzilla Connect.

dotzilla is an owner-managed company based in Oberhausen with more than 20 years of experience and is considered a market leader in digital marketing for the automotive retail industry. The group supports car dealerships with process-optimized solutions, including an integrated dealer management system (DMS) for online and stationary sales, that make retailing more efficient, faster, and more profitable.

A CMS team led by partner Dr Hendrik Hirsch advised on all M&A-related aspects of the transaction.
