Stuttgart – Swiss Life Asset Managers and Beos AG, a subsidiary of Swiss Life Asset Managers that specialises in corporate real estate, have acquired a commercial property in Korntal-Münchingen, an affluent area to the north of Stuttgart, for their Swiss Life REF (CH) fund. Built in 2019, the property comprises 10,100 sq m of warehouse space let on a long lease and 4,600 sq m of office space. Swiss Life Asset Managers acquired the property from a private owner. The purchase price was not disclosed.
