CMS advises tool trading companies Gödde, Oltrogge and Perschmann on the parallel sale of their companies to Hoffmann SE

Hamburg – The owners of the three partner companies Gödde GmbH, Oltrogge Werkzeuge GmbH and Hch. Perschmann GmbH have sold their companies to Hoffmann SE, a member of the listed Swiss SFS Group.
A team led by Dr Henrik Drinkuth provided comprehensive legal advice on this transaction.
The long-established partner companies – Gödde (Cologne), Oltrogge (Bielefeld) and Perschmann (Braunschweig) – are active in the trade of tools, operating equipment, personal protective equipment and related services. Together, they will generate third-party sales of around EUR 270 million in 2025 and they employ around 450 people. The group also includes Perschmann sp. z o.o. in Poland and Gödde SRL in Belgium.
