CMS advises VillaCircle on merger with vacation properties start-up MYNE

Berlin – Berlin-based vacation properties start-up MYNE has acquired start-up VillaCircle, which is headquartered in Düsseldorf. Both companies sell properties in holiday regions to multiple customers on a managed co-ownership basis. The merger will include MYNE taking over VillaCircle’s properties and customers.
A CMS team led by Dr Friedrich von Spee advised VillaCircle on all legal aspects of this successful exit. CMS regularly advises start-ups, covering the entire lifecycle from formation through financing rounds to exit.
