CMS Hasche Sigle advises Apax Partners on joint venture with Infineon

Infineon Technologies AG, Munich, has spun off the software development unit Circuit Verification Environment (CVE) and contributed it into a joint venture with its subsidiary Apax Partners. Apax assumes the financing of the newly established OneSpin Solutions GmbH with a total of EUR 14 million. Infineon has a minority shareholding in the joint venture. Under the leadership of Dr Oliver Thurn (corporate), legal advice was provided by Dr Ulrich Springer (corporate), Dr Angelika Thies (tax), Dr Claudia Rid (employment) and Dr Markus Häuser (IT).
