Herlitz PBS AG, Berlin, is transferring all shares in proOffice s.r.o., its Czech production company for soft plastic film office products (files, document protectors and suspension files), to the Austrian company RING International Holding AG.
In making this decision Herlitz is pursuing its policy introduced in 2008 of strategic concentration on the core business of the Herlitz brand name by continuing to streamline its range.
CMS Hasche Sigle has provided Herlitz with advice on all aspects of the reorganisation. A team of lawyers from its Berlin and Prague offices supported the company on the sale of proOffice. Dr Ferber & Co. was also involved as corporate finance adviser.
Details of the purchase price were not disclosed.
