CMS Hasche Sigle advises Kugel- und Rollenlagerwerk Leipzig GmbH (KRW) on sale to BWK

BWK GmbH Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft, Stuttgart, has acquired Kugel- und Rollenlagerwerk Leipzig GmbH. One of the founders of the company will continue to hold shares in the purchasing company and will place his services as director at the disposal of the company. In recent years KRW has developed into one of the leading German ball bearing manufacturers. The company which has approx. 160 staff develops, manufactures and distributes ball bearings in nearly all construction forms worldwide. The purchase price was not disclosed.
