CMS Hasche Sigle advises LBBW on the acquisition of R-Procedo Factoring GmbH from REWE

CMS Hasche Sigle advised Landesbank Baden-Württemberg on the acquisition of R-Procedo Factoring GmbH from REWE Deutscher Supermarkt KGaA. The transaction is still subject to clearance by the competition authorities.

Through this transaction LBBW has further expanded its factoring activities, created for itself an additional factoring platform at the Mainz site and has been able to gain REWE as cooperation partner for factoring.

The transaction was led by Stuttgart partner Dr Thomas Meyding for LBBW together with Stuttgart partner Dr Barbara Wössner.
