has assumed Plenexis Holding GmbH, Bonn. The vendors were the management of Plenexis Group and 3i.
The transaction has now been executed. Plenexis Group, the vendors, 3i and the management, were
advised by CMS Hasche Sigle under the leadership of Frankfurt partner, Dr Markus Sachslehner.
Plenexis Group with subsidiaries in the UK, Sweden, Turkiye and Russia is a European market
leader in the sector of corporate networks via satellite. Plenexis Group was itself acquired in
2001 by 3i and the management of Deutsche Telekom AG in a management buy-out.
