Hamburg – Rambøll has acquired all the shares in engineering firm IMS Ingenieurgesellschaft from NET Engineering International.
A team led by Dr Sebastian Orthmann advised Rambøll on all legal aspects of the transaction.
With more than 50 specialists, IMS works on projects in the following sectors: offshore technology, hydraulic engineering and water management, environmental protection, civil engineering and project management. IMS is also involved in developing various offshore wind projects.
Rambøll Group is a Danish consulting company with worldwide operations. It focuses on buildings, transport, environment, energy, oil & gas, telecoms and management consulting.
