CMS Hasche Sigle advises Storck on takeover of Ragolds' key trademarks Rachengold and Atemgold

August Storck KG has acquired a trademark package consisting of the traditional trademarks, Rachengold and Atemgold, from the Karlsruhe confectioner, Ragolds. The purchase price for the transaction, which has been cleared by the Federal Cartel Office, was not disclosed.

Storck is Germany's market leader for sugar-based confectionery and its trademarks include Werther's Original, Riesen, Knoppers, Super Dickmann's, Toffifee, Campino, Merci, Lachgummi and Nimm 2.
