CMS Hasche Sigle advises Syscore GmbH on acquisition of Berlin Heart AG


Syscore GmbH, a family office company of Sylvia Ströher, has acquired all the shares in Berlin Heart AG.

Berlin Heart AG is the European market leader for cardiac support systems and last year generated sales of almost EUR 15 million with a workforce of 130.
In Syscore the company has found an investor for expansion in growth area medical technology. The domicile of the company will stay in Berlin and the existing cooperation with the German Heart Centre will be expanded. Details of the purchase price were not disclosed.

Syscore GmbH was advised on this transaction by a team of lawyers from the Frankfurt office of CMS Hasche Sigle headed by partners Dr Martin Bell and Dr Heike Wagner.
