The publishing group Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt (VHB), Duesseldorf, has sold its 88.36 percent
majority interest in the Czech and Slovakian Economia group. The buyer is Respekt Media, a. s.,
which is owned by investor Zdenĕk Bakala; the present management will assume a minority
interest.
