CMS Hasche Sigle expands its activities in patent law

CMS Hasche Sigle's patent law practice has been further reinforced. On 1 June 2007 lawyer Markus Deck will move from his position as partner in Linklaters in Cologne to CMS Hasche Sigle in Düsseldorf. With eminent lateral hire Deck as newcomer CMS Hasche Sigle will continue to expand in this growing field.

Markus Deck has been with Linklaters since 1992, at first as an associate and since 1998 as a partner. His areas of expertise are in particular forensic and advisory activities in the fields of patents and technology transfer, trade mark litigation, unfair competition law and distribution law including related anti-trust law. Clients advised by him include amongst others Otis, Black & Decker, Tupperware, Westfalia Werkzeugcompany and Wyeth and many other well-known companies.
