On 16 April 2007 CMS Hasche Sigle and the CMS Alliance partners CMS Cameron McKenna and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre are moving into a new office in Shanghai. CMS has a total of approx. 30 European and Chinese lawyers in Shanghai. Lawyers from the CMS Alliance have been working in China for more than 15 years and have offices not only in Shanghai but also in Beijing and Hong Kong.
The Shanghai office of CMS is one of the largest offices of a European group of law firms in China. Among its clients are German and international companies in all relevant sectors of commerce.
Dr Ulrike Glück, head of the Shanghai Representative Office of CMS Hasche Sigle, with her many years of experience, has extensive knowledge of the country and Chinese law:
