Charlotte von der Heydt specialises in corporate and M&A law, advising German and international companies, as well as public sector bodies, on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring and capital measures, and general corporate law matters. She has special experience advising on transactions and restructurings in the public sector. Alongside public sector and governmental bodies, her clients also include strategic and financial investors.

Charlotte joined CMS in 2016 and has been a counsel since 2024.
